When you post check-ins, ratings, notes, or photos, you grant BrewMaps a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app. You retain ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Café details (hours, WiFi, noise level, etc.) are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy. Always verify with the café directly.
BrewPoints and badges are in-app rewards with no monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards programme at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app.
BrewMaps is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
